Job Summary : My main role includes to understand the clients use case and help them to implement the Acquia CDP product for their data with different customization as per their requirement.

Technology used: SQL, Hive, Hadoop, Impala, Looker, Qubole, Hue, GitHub

Details of Role:

• Understands how client would like to utilize the CDP data for their business, Work on different customization along with the implementation as per client’s Business use case, giving demo of different features of CDP, creating different test case scenario for clients for their reconciliation purpose. Carry out the implementation from start to end which includes Requirement Analysis, Design phase, development, Testing and deployment in production.
• For any existing clients, will have to work on different new enhancement client come up with which also includes similar activates as mentioned above.
• Taking sessions with team for brainstorming and Knowledge sharing.
• Providing different ideas to peers and Managers to improvise the process as well as our product.
• Helping support team, provide them solutions for different issues they receive from client.
• Giving KT and guidance to new ICS or freshers.
• Apart from my daily job, also work on different OKRs related to Business growth or Personal growth.

Job Summary : My role was to do the product configuration. Calculate different taxes and generate invoice. The main tool used is Geneva.

Technology used: Oracle SQL Developer, UNIX, Geneva tool, SVN, JIRA

Details of Role:

• Handle product configuration, rating configuration for new product and existing product.
• Attend scrum call and keep the track on daily activities.
• Communicate with client to get the requirements and prepare a design.
• Create procedures, functions, cursors etc. in oracle and also shell scripts in UNIX.
• Troubleshooting issues and resolve them raised by SIT team.
• Carry out the live deployment and provide support to such activities.

Project Title : Media Project

Job Summary : This project is to keep the track of business done by different advertisement media such as TV, newspaper magazine and so on for our client. And provide refined data to generate the reports and several downstream applications.

Technology used: Oracle SQL Developer, UNIX, Knime.

Details of Role:

• Understand the business requirement and make a design plan accordingly.
• Handle all the development part, logic building, create procedures, functions, trigger, packages to data from staging tables to main tables
• Writing shell script if any data load is required from Unix to reduce the load on database
• Troubleshooting errors in both Unix and Oracle database environment
• Guide Co team members to resolve their issues and distribute work among team members to ensure productivity and resource management.
• Communicate with client to get necessary input from them and implement the same
• Prepare test case scenarios and make all the necessary documents require for migration of code in production environment.
• Handle the migration part and make all the necessary documents
• Have been handling and working in more than one module in the project.

Project Title : Retail project

Job Summary :

This project is based on Indirect Shipments from our Client. This application is built to track Transaction, Inventory and Order Cut of Distributors. It uses Shipment Engine and Summary Management PL/SQL packages for ETL, SSAS to build cubes for analysis purpose and Excel based Reports. It helps Distributors & the Client Company to track their Sales and Inventory.

Technology used: Oracle SQL Developer, SSAS, Excel Pivot sheets for Reporting, Ctrl-M for scheduling jobs

Details of Role:

• Create procedures, functions to data from staging tables to fact tables.
• Coordinate with frontend designers to provide them with the necessary stored procedures and packages and the necessary insight into data.
• Involved into the continuous enhancements and fixing of production problems
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases by covering entire product functionalities.
• Schedule a job on Control-M and also handle the errors and resolve them.
