Preparation and Finalization of Quarterly Results, Financial Statement with notes.

Coordination with Statutory Auditor, Internal Auditor for finalization of audit report including CARO and IFCs.

Collaborate with the CFO and MD to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational goals as we came with an SME IPO in 2018 and Preferential Issue in 2024.

Preparation and participation in Board Meetings and Quarterly earning calls.

Manage Banks/FIs relationships & optimize company lending cost and preparation of CMA data, project reports as per the requirement of banks.

Supervision of GST and TDS team for monthly, quarterly and yearly compliances.

Monthly closure of the books and MIS to the Management with comparison with the budgets.

Dealing with TDS and GST department for Exemption certificates, yearly assessments, GST audits and disposal of routine notices.

End to End coordination with cross functional and within Finance Department related to Revenue Assurance (Billing), Cost reduction, Process automation, Commercial Management, Compliance and Vendor management.
