- Effectively implemented two HRMS (Ramco & Darwinbox).
- Built, staffed, and scaled Home Loans, MSME, Retail Branch, and Gold Loan channels.
- Deployed HRBP framework Pan India, refining employee touchpoints by amplifying value and trimming friction; 2% Y-o-Y attrition drop.
