• Led the ADAS L2 project, including autonomous parking and surround view systems for global OEMs.
• Managed customer technical discussions, requirement traceability, and milestone reviews.
• Defined and executed system engineering work packages across SE, EE, ME, and SW.
• Released BOMs, tracked project KPIs, and ensured successful prototype and production builds.
• Acted as the plant interface for industrialization and sample realization.
• Manage cross-functional teams consisting of 25+ members from various disciplines, such as software, hardware, mechanical engineering, and vehicle testing, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Handle resource allocation, budgeting, and schedule planning, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, particularly for Japan OEMs, addressing and resolving internal and customer-raised issues by coordinating with all cross-domain teams.
• Focus on budget handling, ensuring that project expenditures are kept within approved limits, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
