  • Bank Verification: Set up of the process of Bank verification to ensure increased collections. Ensured the development and testing of the process flow. Managed inventory of the process for a smoothing launch and progress. Since initiation exceeded target in all the months with the lowest being 134% and the highest being 228%.Collaborated with the departments like telecom, MIS, business transformation for reporting structure and work tracking
  • ILFM: As a part of the Internal Legal Floor Leadership Model(ILFM) led to the identification of the process barriers leading from calling challenges to reduction of bad service of the garnishments sent out. Rectified the SOP of the process along with collaboration with the state attorney. The bad service was reduced to 3% from 9%.The project resulted in the setup of a global communication for the teams in US and Gurugram following the same process at a single time.
  • Ramped Training Structure: Launched the revamped structure of new hire learning of the process from 6 months to 3 months Initially new hires took 6 months to come to the 100% of the floor target but new plan helped to achieve this in only 3 months’ time.The project also implemented division of course curriculum to 20% theory and 80% practical against the conventional approach of more theory
  • LO Skip POE Project: Trained and led a team of 15 members who used to find consumer's place of employment or bank details for wage/bank garnishment. This help in collection on the account where we have received judgment.
