- Oversee complete inbound operations like coordinating with vendor, receiving all consignment from vendors (domestic & international).
- Responsible for All Inbound Process like inbound report, TO creation, receiving, segregation, Put away and GRN.
- Assigns work tasks to team members and monitors task accomplishment. Ensures team members have the proper tools, supplies, and equipment needed for successful task completion. Ensures safe work practices/promotes a safe work environment.
- Keeps team members apprised regarding administrative matters, policy, procedures, team/department performance and other work related matters that affect them through monthly team meetings, shift start-up meetings, and one-on-one contacts. Provides feedback to every team member regarding his individual work performance on a reoccurring basis. Reviews workload for own and following shifts; ensures staffing levels are sufficient to accomplish workload; defines and prioritizes work tasks.
- Handling a team Size of 35 – 40 man power.
- Resolving pending issues within TAT by coordinating with concern team.
- Managing supply chain for distribution of material for achievement of targets with specified parameters & streamlining system & procedures for effective Inbound Operations
- Handling operation All Dispatch Operation (Store Dispatch & Customer Delivery).
- Preparation of invoice asset per our requirement.
- Preparing stock reports and auditing details & documentation.
- Check the arrival quantity stock through consignment note and entering arrival quantity to system & preparing the Goods received note (GRN).
- Preparing weekly stock report and monthly stock report.
- Dispatch the stock for hub area indent and handling all activities of produce.
- Consolidation of cycle counts and tacking in the discrepancies and finding the reasons for Shortage & Excess.
- Daily reports (Outward, Inward, store delivery related report and MIS).
- Handle all vender vehicle.
- Daily basis checking Outward SIT & Inward SIT and Vender GRN.
- Creating the billing documentation in Sap.
- Preparing barcode sticker for Materials.
- Creating ASN, STO & STN for Stores and customer orders.
- Maintain SIT /Trip tracking Report.
- Tracking undelivered consignment through Safexpress, Geekom, LRC & Techno solution.
