Connect on actions for SEZ -The purpose of this is to capture global leadership decisions about whether their team members in the Indian Special Economic Zones (SEZs) will remain in the SEZ or exit the SEZ in September, 2022. The decisions captured will be signed-off by each L4 so that new non-SEZ cost centers (IN13 prefix) may be mapped to each transitioning team member by BU Finance Partners and formal transitioning can be executed by local HR.


EWS QC mapping Maintaining the EWS tool -Developed EWS, an early warning sign tool, empowering managers and quality coaches to proactively identify service requests that have not been actioned as per SLA, leading to a 20% improvement in resolution time


Managing and governing of KB articles-Technical knowledge articles that require a clean up in regards with the article being active or inactive and if it has an active owner and action accordingly either to archive the Article if outdate or republish it by assigning an active owner within the cloud and compute solutions organization. With overall more that 1000 KB article was able to improve and assign active owner to 50% of the article.
