• Project 1: T1135 Tax Reports (Dec 2020 - Nov 2021) - All Canadian resident taxpayers who owned specified foreign property with total cost amount of more than specified amount that was sold before the end of the year must file T1135. Earlier this generation of the Reports are manual, but we have implemented to generate on automated way and send the reports to Customer.
• Project 2: T5008/RL18 XMLs Generation for CRA/RQ (Dec 2021 - Oct 2022) - Statement of securities transactions slips from RBC on customer behalf bought, sold or cashed during the year. These slips can include Bonds, debentures, promissory notes, and other similar properties.
• Project 3: CDS 7030 Implementation (Nov 2022 - Aug 2023) - TRUST system gets money market related securities on daily basis form CDS – Canadian Depository for securities by using SFTP & validate all business rules & uploads data into TRUST Database.
• Project 4: T5008/RL18 XMLs Amendment Process (Sept 2023 - Till date) – Once original has been filed at CRS as part of year end job, if any amendment transaction comes to TRUST, generating amendment XML & send to CRA.

Role in the project:

• Analyzed software requirement specification documents to prepare a detailed design document.
• Kept clients well-informed about the ongoing progress of the project.
• Developed code for implementing the required functionality.
• Developed automation reports using FOCUS program.
• Prepared and executed unit test cases for code.
• Packed components and promoted code to various regions for Testing.
• Responsible for identifying and resolving defects identified by the QA team.
• Implemented Change Request as part of business requirement.
• Supported post-implementation tasks and monitored Production logs.
• Analyzed and prioritized client needs, resolving issues in a timely manner.
