• Managing customer relationships addressing both services sales queries for customer with an objective engage retain customer.

• Greeting customers listening to requests opening job cards and directing them to available mechanics
• Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs
• Set up repair appointments to meet customer needs and resolve key concerns
• Using knowledge of products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers
• Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up
• Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of fixing their vehicle
• Managing and overseeing the workflow and schedule
• Calling customers to advise them about service changes or vehicle pick-up times
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments
• Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed

• Determine and diagnose car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete
• Order necessary parts from suppliers and double-check that they are delivered to technicians
• Ensure that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered
• Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.

• Plans, schedules and assigns repair and automotive paint jobs of automotive-body workers/painters
• Supervises
• Participates in the repair and painting of damaged vehicles and equipment, including frame straightening and alignments
• Prepares estimates of damaged vehicles and maintains accurate records
• Supervises the necessary supplies and the maintenance
• Making F.I for out delivery
• Prepare dashboard and worksheet
• Call customers to inform them their vehicles are ready for pick up
• Reviewing repair cost estimates with the body shop manager or foreman
• Determining feasibility of repair versus replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
• Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations
• Presenting information and responding to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general.
