Achievements.

• Led RFP worth USD 26,000 for Changing of security guards at manufacturing units and corporate offices & the work on Risk Management.
• Created the Budget for Admin &FM ($1.5 Billion) for different Manufacturing units, corporate offices, and Sales and Marketing offices for presentation for internal stakeholders.
• Initiated and provided sufficient data for cost saving project of sanitization work for corporate offices which helped in saving around 120 lakhs annually for office premises.
• Prepared an accommodation budget for factory employees during COVID-19.
• Ensuring safety of employees by arranging hotels for quarantine pan India, auditing hotels and coordinating with Admin & FM team.

Value Engineer/ Sales Support

• The Siam Cement Group Company Limited is the largest cement and building material company in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
• Responsible for checking the durability of the product (Pre-casted Wall panel, Dry wall system), working on STAAD Pro software for checking the reaction force, moment of support and shear force.
• Studied the old construction technique which is using brick and compared it with Pre-fabricated wall panels which resulted in reducing the dead load by 30%.
• Supporting Sales network /Partners in Delhi and Mumbai, India and raised product awareness among vendors and contactors about quality, safety and uses.
• Retail Store/Warehouse fit-out support, Reliance Retail Ltd.
