- Provide Unit leadership timely analysis on key performance indicators relating to people issues (eg retention, HTR, leaves, Hi pots program, D&I).
- Enable associate satisfaction programs to improve morale and retention.
- Engage with all top talent within the Unit.
- Promote an environment that encourages employee growth.
- Review results of People Surveys and work with leadership to affect change.
