Ensures HR policies, systems and processes are in place in consultation with the leadership team
Develops new policy initiatives to align these with the needs of the changing market place
Ensures that the key features of the policies and procedures are communicated and understood by the employees and becomes a part of the Induction Process
Develop and maintain all HR operations procedures and documentation, focusing on best practice, compliance, and quality Identifies, improves and/or eliminates barriers to enable team to achieve success
Provide support and guidance to key campus stakeholders regarding key operational processes
Manage and oversee the administration of the monthly payroll elements, ensuring this is delivered accurately each month and any issues like New Joinee employees and exit employees are resolved quickly and effectively
Support and lead improvement initiatives which result in highly effective and efficient processes and services for the HR Operations and Organisation
Build on our current induction provision ensuring a best in class induction for all colleagues to the Organisation
You will work closely with OPD and key stakeholders to drive this
Managing the exit formalities of the exit employees and also conducting their exit interview procedure.
