  • Support and lead improvement initiatives which result in highly effective and efficient processes and services for the HR Operations and Organisation
  • Build on our current induction provision ensuring a best in class induction for all colleagues to the Organisation
  • You will work closely with OPD and key stakeholders to drive this
  • Managing the exit formalities of the exit employees and also conducting their exit interview procedure.
