Azure Communication Gateway (ACG) is cloud based first party product solution to connect Telecom Operator's voice networks to cloud based communications services, enabling those Operators to sell phone connectivity to those services to their end customers. It comprises multiple components and AFO SBC being one of them.

• Led D&I calls across teams of AFO SBC and ACG.
• Integrated Azure Security Package (AzSecPack) with AFO SBC for 1P service
• Ownership of AzSecPack and other security issues for resolving any issues either getting flagged on S360 or ICMs, for ACG.
• Did Zoom Certification for ACG, which involved collaborating with Zoom team, building live setup, testing live call scenarios and PCAP validation in pre-prod environment
• Integrated and developed script to integrate vNet Injection for private preview for Telecom Operator.
• Refresh various ACG compliance assessments in [Ge] - which included Threat Model Review and all other tasks for SDL
• Developed script for Emergency Certificate rotation for certificates in Key Vault, mainly focused to be used by DRIs on call
• Participated in design of Control Plane implementation for customer input for ACG, built setup and tested including configuration and call flow verification for Teams OC and TPM call scenarios
