As an Application Packager, I was involved in configuring and repackaging the Installation Program (Package) according to the customer needs and requirements to standardize the installation routine and to support the client standards and distribution methods.

Reviewing the source binaries from customer to understand the points to be taken care during the packaging stage.

Packaging, customizing and troubleshooting the applications with the customer’s standards.

Testing the Packages with the customer build to ensure the functionality of the package is as expected against the test scenarios provided by the customer.

Performing Quality Analysis for the applications done by peers and identifying the errors and give a feedback to the peers to make them aware of the issues and fixes.

Performing UAT testing through SCCM and post successful UAT signoff deploying the packages for PROD deployment through SCCM.

Communicating with the customer counter parts regarding the clarifications on the requests and giving them an update on the ongoing work on a daily basis.
