Got rehired as a Benefit Operation Administrator with the Backend team with Wipro once again effective 2021.
Started working in the health and welfare domain in the mid market and maintained and processed the data for the US Clients.
Performed the work in MS Excel and resolved the queries of the customers of the clients in the form of tickets.
Took action on individual Audit Reports for the clients.
Supported the team in gaining new ideas to perform new work within the same time.

Initiated my position from (August'17 till March'19)with Client facing and handling the queries through Customer Service department (Web Chat) process for the Client AT&T and Boeing.
Handled the Boeing Client for both Active and Retiree customers and shared the benefits for the Boeing employee on and off the Annual Enrollment period.
After an year, I was moved to the DVS Department of the organization to deal with the verification of the documents of the customers, to make them eligible for the benefits.
After 2 months, I was offered the opportunity to be the part of the Benefits Operations team, where I had learned, performed and delivered the various process for almost 4-5 clients at a time, which involved the TAT for the particular process. ( StateFarm, Conocophilips etc.)
