- Responsible for product development process and understanding retail business
- Identifying, analyzing and documenting the key requirement related to business. Evaluating business
processes, developing, and implementing solutions.
• As per requirements of stakeholders planning should be done for developing the product and optimization
strategies.
• Several documents like scope, scope change, minor release, major release, feature analysis document, release
notes, business requirement document, have been created through Confluence.
• To keep track on feature development and sprint planning, “AHA” has been used.
• Gathering critical information from meetings and producing useful reports.
• As a member of Scrum team was indulged for analyzing business requirements, taking approvals for analysis,
brainstorming ideas, proceeding for functional kick-off to team, aligning with scrum master to maintain
scrum processes (i.e sprint planning, tracking of stories, sprint retrospective)
