· Spearhead Sourcing for some key local raw material as well packing material resulting in average 15% reduction in annual procurement cost

· Managed end to end procurement and process for packing material, from vendor selection to order fulfilment

· Played a key role in reducing inventory holding costs by 10% through accurate demand forecasting and Just in time inventory management.

• Tracking the permits and planning the FG dispatches and coordinating and managing outward transportation
• Co-ordination with depots and maintain rapport for closer of disputes
• FG Price updating & Price verification and price updating/verification in SAP/Delta
• Coordination with S&OP and sales team
• DP/MRP updating at whenever required
• Ensure SAP/Delta updating in regularly and ensure correctness of invoices and sharing daily/monthly reports
• Daily/ Monthly reports/records and monthly confirmation to FCM/finance team and preparation of monthly MIS pertains to Excise/Purchases/Despatches/Commercials
• Purchase of RM/PM/ Opex items plan based on S&OP & minimum inventory norms by coordinating with planning and packing department
• Coordinate with suppliers/transporters for status on the orders/ deliveries
• Execute the receipt and control of the daily purchase receipt/production receipt of material and Ensures Store management/Stock accounting on daily basis
• Responsible for timely and adequate movement of material within the unit to ensure smooth operations and ensure achieving of ATP
• Plan, implement and monitor targets of logistics costs & working on optimum logistics model
• Ensure security in transit for inbound & outbound goods through necessary insurance
• Maximising credit terms & thus enhancing cash flow
• Maintain FIFO / FEFO for all RM / PM other Stores inventory materials
• Ensure Scrape sale process and management under the EHS guidelines
• Plan Inventory management by ensuring stock control measures are implemented and accurate inventories maintained
• Ensure all standards of 5s, health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment are adhered to
• Responsible of External /Internal audits, reconciliation and submission of reports
• Responsible for Newgen and MMD activities like PM/RM code creation, Vendor code creation, vendor master handling
• Knowledge of HSN codes, GST handling, TDS, issuing of Waybill.
• Ensure closer of Newgen queries RM/PM/Opex etc. on daily basis, GRIR /Advances status and closer by coordination with DBSI team
