• Process – Co-ordinate with the more leadership team and initiate the onboarding for More stores
• Program manage the launch of stores (Super markets and hyper markets) across india
• Manage and track the activities across other work streams responsible for the launch of a store
• Connect and Coordinate with More (Aditya Birla) team and collate the details of stores which are ready for launch once we receive confirmation from the Leadership team
• Initiate the Store launch process by performing tech onboarding activities

• Program manage the onboarding activity and co-ordinate with other work streams and leadership team for both amazon and More.
• Initiate the WBR for North and south hypermarkets and super markets.
• Co ordinate with the ops team and finalize the list of physical assets and consumables required for store launch..
• Co ordinate with the Category team to discuss the category and selection requirements which is decided based on the topology and the estimation of number of orders that can be served by the team considering competitors.
• Co ordinate with the Trans team to look for the requirements of number of pickers, delivery partners, training to SOLs and the POS configurations and all the last mile activities
• Co ordinate with the Food safety team and ensure the license related to the stores (Meat category, cutfruits and vegetables and the FSSAI license are updated before the launch date.

• Process – Seller Appeals. Processing sellers’ appeals with regards to their product when the same is removed from Amazon catalogue due to Amazon policy. The process involves crucial review of seller’s product against respective policy to determine whether the product can be allowed for sale on Amazon website. The criticality involved is due to the process being the final stage providing the seller an opportunity for selling on Amazon. Since the sellers’ products are pulled down from Amazon catalogue due to non-compliant behavior of the product, this leads to not only impact the business but also the reputation of Amazon. However our priority is to be complaint as per policy and provide the best customer the best-selling experience.

In brief : -

• Work allocation to the associates on day-to-day basis
• Managing business reports i.e., Quality and SLA reports on weekly basis to on-shore program team
• Connecting with legal team for discussion and to keep a check on policy updates of Amazon across respective market place on weekly basis
• Attending on-shore calls on weekly basis with regards to process development, all the queries with regards to the work
• Training and mentoring new associates for the process.
• Created SOP across teams to not only streamline the workflow but also to reduce errors, maintain correct workflow which in-turn created good seller experience.
• · Worked with automation team to make the operational activity more effective such as receiving the inflow, meeting the SLA, flipping the work to appropriate teams, equal allocation of work among peers.
• A new market place was on-boarded for the process this included detailed analyzation of seller behavior, reviewing the policy and regulations of the country and of Amazon

Process – Data Management. Record keeping the retirement, pension and health and welfare benefits information for the clients. Setting up accounts for the client for all the products (DC, DB, H&W and SPS). Researching the SSN issues and Fraud issues and resolving the same.
