• Handled Turing project were was pivotal in setting up automation configuration by working with tech & automation teams which resulted in +450 plus Competitor’s to produce more product matches through automation that leveraged 20% of manual intervention.
• Successfully handled the sales period by being the Primary POC and completing the sales event without any escalation. Have been POC during sale period for MX & US marketplace with experience on sales such as ( Black Friday , Cyber Monday , Christmas , New year , Hotsale , BTS , Prime Day).

• Analyze and track Amazon's market competitors and aim to provide the best market price on our products using various mapping techniques and tools in order to add value to customers' purchasing decisions.
• Experience in Retail operations with expertise in Pricing Analytics, Market Research, Ticket Handling, Operations Management, SLA Management, Stakeholder management.
• Led a team of ~15 resources to audit, track, maintain quality metrics and generate productivity report and ensure team's performance to meet business goals by formulating new business strategies.
• Collaborated with BI, Automation and other cross-functional teams to define business requirements for organizational processes, achieve productivity standards and adhere to accuracy standards.
• Performed impact analysis and root cause analysis using Excel, SQL and tableau
  with vendor and product specification data to offer pricing recommendations for increasing the visibility of the products of 3P vendors.
