Seller Appeals (3/1/24 - 11/20/24)

This process deals with the seller raising complaints as to why Amazon has restricted their selling rights; henceforth, it is our duty to check individual seller cases, review them, and take appropriate action.

Tell Amazon (11/20/2024 - current)

The new process Amazon has introduced deals with customers sending reviews about products, determining whether they are safe or not, and we have to take up the review cases and respond accordingly.

{LEARNING}

In the span of two years, I’ve been part of three different processes. Although I am a beginner in this dynamic corporate world, I have been persistent in learning and have not given up despite growing challenges. This shows I’m flexible, retentive, and have integrity.

In my final year of my degree, I completed my internship on the financial topic "Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)" and was successful in deriving results for the advertisement campaign.
