  • I am responsible for automation testing of various web services & UI for Data Catalog(MetaData Management application for various Hadoop entity types)
  • This framework development is done using Requests Api available in Python for Apis & Selenium webdriver for UI
  • For Continuous Integration this test suite is available as docker image and runs on every build
  • From business standpoint, I am involved requirement understanding, identify key matrices for a feature & do impact analysis post releases for features in Data Cataloging, profiling & integration with Apache Atlas & Ranger.I am also involved in ramping up new hires on product knowledge as well as guiding them through engineering processes and best practices.
