Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for entire recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, manage interviews, HR discussion, salary negotiations, initiating offer letter, candidate engagement, candidate joining)
• Interact with the business and different stakeholders to fulfill their hiring needs for various projects & skill sets.
• Sourcing and screening profiles according to the job specifications from the job portals (Naukri) social networking sites (LinkedIn), and internal database and through referrals.
• Conduct HR discussions to understand their skills, competencies, role, career aspirations & salary fitment.
• Maintaining daily/ weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports & feedback reports.
• Initiate Offer to selected candidates and ensure their joining for successful closure of the requirement.
• Handling the requirements of all kind of Levels (Junior, Mid-Level & Senior Level).
• Interacting with the BGV team and ensuring the basic verification in terms of documentation is completed on time
• Active follow-ups with the offered candidates and guiding them with the details required for joining formalities.
• Handling the entire recruitment life cycle starting from job requirement gathering till on boarding the resource.
