I’m Part of JDA Transportation Management System (TMS) Cloud services team Understanding the issue raised by customer, need to replicate the issue in support environments and troubleshooting the issue to fix it .Drive Weekly and Daily calls of escalated customers or for any critical issues to fix the issue and later deep dive into the logs and functionality to find the root cause of the issue. Created Job configuration for purging the data older than required to improve the application performance and to reduce the load on DB server while running the operations and this will reduce the manual operations to run the purge manually. Configuring the required events for the customer in Event Notification module to trigger the events files based on the load/shipment status progress. Creation of new buttons in the Transportation Manager classic UI/Smart bench UI to navigate from Particular Module UI page to another module UI page. Correcting the master entities set up to fix the customer day to day operational issues. Implementing and fine tuning the Parameter file/Strategy files to fulfill the business of day-to-day customer operations.

• Yokohama Replacing Legacy systems:

Yokohama brought up SAP to replace legacy system to fill up the gaps between each process and maintain tracking of order from start to end. Now Korber receives orders from SAP where Informatica acts as bridge between SAP and Korber.We have implemented the Korber Warehouse Management System based on customer requirement. We have prepared the warehouse master entities like locations, zones , pick areas ,items and pick put rules.

• Salem Manufacturing Plant:

So far Yokohama tire Corp. has been using legacy systems for Warehouse Management in this plant. So this was developed to replace the existing legacy system with High Jump Supply Chain Tool. Here Informatica acts as an Integration Tool between High Jump SCM and SAP. Here Orders are created in Korber based on the items placed on the door locations and sent to SAP and recorded there.

• Mobile Project:

Android application works in Mobiles/Tablets replacement for RF for Inbound and Outbound processes through API call to Korber(highjump)Database following 3-tier architecture with Middle Layer and Tablet front end support. Capable of storing information even offline. Involved in front end design for the Android team by ensuring Korber(highjump)standard/design is strictly followed as per the requirement.

• Post Office Network Project:

PO Network project was developed to serve the requirement of 64 warehouses. Existing front end main frame system migrated to Korber UI  Pages.Designed web pages using pageeditor to match the screens with their legacy system.

Webwise screen for easy Receiving, Picking, Loading and Shipping. This is also a contingency plan in case RF network is down. Track each product in the warehouse with serial number scanning for inbound and outbound. This also helps to avoid any miscount of piece during receiving and picking. Allocate and reserve the stock as soon the order is released both from manual and auto wave for picking to avoid any out-of-stock problem while actual picking by users.
