I am B.com Graduate from Karnataka University Dharwad.

I have been working as a TSO from last 5 years (From 2019).

Gulbarga was my 1st Territory to handle more than 3 cr business.

I also worked in Shivamogga & Chikkamagalore.

I started performing From 1st MOC (Monthly operating Cycle) by reaching the higher slabs in all the parameters by putting 10+ Years of my experience.

As far as last 2 Years are concerned I performed consistently in all parameters especially in assortment by growing 25% of the YTD and 20% of the Secondary.

I focused on all categories and and managed to have positive YTD growth in all the categories like Skin, Oral, Haircare Talcum Etc.

Maintained to achieve Higher WOA in all Channel like Grocer, Chemist, Fancy, Wholeslae, SSM Etc.

I got award in Chennai Conference in 2023 for the Higher assortment & Secondary delivery in PP in Karnataka.

I got award "Eco Ka Bahubali" for Higher Eco drive of a particular pack in 2022.

Got Recognition in Multiple MOC Meetings for Higher and consistent delivery of the tasks.

My ASMs were happy with my working style and leadership i took behalf of my managers.
