Titan Mixed Signal Backend (ALX, Layout Editor, GDS Import/Export) Tool Development.

• Worked on developing ALX technology, to migrate layout from one tech. to other tech., to create LVS/DRC clean target layout.
• This involves creating specifications, filing bugs for tools issues & enhancement, creating test cases.
• Contributed in developing Titan Layout Editor (LE), Schematic Driven Layout (SDL) products ,by suggesting newer functionalities from user/designer’s perspective.
• Reported the issues & crashes in tool regularly & got it fixed.
• Improved the usability of LE/SDL commands.
• Supported customers for the Titan LE by helping them in tool handling.
• Contributed in getting the tool certified by flows of different foundries.
• Prepared tutorials & demos of tools to be given to customers.
• Benchmarking the Titan LE tool with similar tools available in market.
• Contributed in making the GDS import/export tool stable & bug-free.
• Worked on different PDKs, which includes testing that PDK with its evaluation, callbacks on Titan LE.

• Layout design done for typical analog design blocks such as PLL, OPAMP, Bandgap ref generator, oscillator, ADC, chargepump etc
• In depth knowledge of Matching Issues, Top-down, Bottom –up approaches, ESD protection, antenna effect, Latch-up, sharing, folding, DFM considerations, Basics of Pcell Development.
