- Managing the transshipment, inbound and outbound, and PUD activity.
- Maintaining the capacity utilization of vehicles, which helps to reduce the middle-mile cost.
- Handling per day 900 tons of operations, which involved 450 tons as inbound and 350 tons for outbound, with 100 tons of within-city delivery.
- Managing the inward and outward movement of more than 130 vehicles a day.
- Organizing 250+ tons of direct delivery from the hub to the Mumbai location to save the handling and PUD costs.

While shifting, I prepared the plan to ensure smooth operation, and managed the handlers' issues while shifting, as earlier there were Mathadis, and later, to reduce the cost per ton, I signed the contract with handlers.
- Designed the warehouse layout as per operational needs, and planned the dock management to ensure the cross-dock operations.
- Trained the new handlers at the start of the new warehouse. Conducted continuous week-on-week training for all staff in Bhiwandi and Panvel to work on the same platform and maintain discipline at work.
- Designed the demarcations for the operations, such as pallets, aisle space, BOPT area, HPT area, etc.
