• Designed and implemented a cross-team agreement management system for new driver onboarding with a self-serve tool to manage agreements, which reduced 99% of the developer effort required to launch an agreement in a country.
• Designed and implemented an automated agreement backfill for existing drivers, which eliminated 100% of the manual effort and improved accuracy in the backfill by 10%. Tested the solution by backfilling agreements for 2.8 million delivery providers in the U.S.
• Designed and implemented a dynamic background check completion ETA for drivers based on past data, which improved the satisfaction rate of Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) by 10%.
• Enhanced the driver account provisioning workflow, which reduced the P90 turnaround time by 92%.
• Migrated the driver onboarding task configuration from AWS DynamoDB to AWS AppConfig for 3 countries. Ran a campaign to migrate the configuration for other countries with a clear Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Mentored a junior engineer to automate the driver background check task in Japan, which reduced the average turnaround time from 2 days to 15 minutes.
