- Checking and Acceptance of Currency from Reuter confirmation, term sheet and with respect to RBI Guidelines Bank Internal Policy and report same to CCIL
- Ensuring that all the deals are matched on Clearing Corporation of India (CCIL) deal reporting platform to avoid discrepancy and perform smooth settlement of trades
- Performing settlement of all derivatives transactions through SWIFT, RTGS, CCIL or internal counterparties within the respective cut off
- Providing all documentary evidence for internal and external audit as required for complying to regulatory guidelines
- Monitoring and tracking BR limit regarding Derivative Customers
- Preparing Derivative Position for Day
- Preparation of Internal MIS and other additional reports
- Making/updating Process flow documentation for derivative products and also for corporate pre and post deal documents as per RBI and Internal guideline
- Verification and auditing of deal done by front office by way of voice recording, Benchmark checking and Messenger checking as per internal policy
- Coordinating with clients and their auditors for submission of client’s balance confirmation
- I have been a part of Back office project team for implementation of system for Option derivatives contributing majorly for development of reports and UAT testing of the new system
- Working on automation Like Client balance confirmation, Client MTM reporting, Deal Confirmation and Valuation for Option and other automation for internal MIS reporting.
