- Joined SCOPE T&M Pvt. Ltd. As a Quality Testing Engineer, I have been testing T&M products according to product specifications for two years.
- Transferred to the Service Department initially as a Service Engineer for supporting customers by attending to the Electronics instruments for rectifications, servicing, and calibration.
- Grown in the organization from base level to Area Manager, and then to Head of the Department as an in-charge of the Customer Support Department for all over India region. Developed a system in the customer support department for smooth handling of customer complaints, with the main goal of ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling team by tracking their planning and executions.
- Increased customer base, customer interactions. Timely reply to the customers by emails, phone calls, sending letters.
