PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Manage all legal matters, including labor and service-related issues, compliance, and defending the interests of the organization before various courts, including high courts and tribunals.
- Oversee labor disputes, administrative and establishment work-related issues, and public relations initiatives.
- Supervise and participate in corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities, contracts, tenders, work orders, and public awareness programs, etc.
- Address labor strikes, including the legal aspects of negotiations and resolutions.
- Act as Chief Public Information Officer (CPIO) under the RTI Act, ensuring transparency and adherence to statutory requirements, and prepare suitable replies to be forwarded to information seekers.
