- RPA Solution Architect delivering projects built on complex integration between ServiceNow, SAP and Automation Anywhere, leveraging API calls for establishing connectivity. This was a complex implementation, as it's architecture spanned across multiple landscapes, and required co-ordination across multiple teams/skillsets.
- My other successful deployments include automating Risk and Control Processes for clients' external auditors. This includes tailor-made RPA solutions that mimic reporting requirements from SAP Landscapes, extracting complex reports and uploading it on Cloud Storage for auditors to review.
- I have also developed numerous bots for AMS teams, in reducing manual dependency of monitoring system health-check, where 10 bots have automated 90% of total monitoring requirements of App Support teams (Team Size: over 150).
- I have also created POCs in Automation Anywhere supporting Intelligent Automation capabilities like ML, OCR and Generative AI (ChatGPT 3.5). Some of these projects are currently used for calculating Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) using Work Notes from ServiceNow to determine sentiments of users with regards to resolution received (Sentiment Analysis)
- Led team-sizes ranging from 5-20 developers in setting up Automation Anywhere architecture, build Automation and Integration Projects, for creating client value and reducing manual effort.
