Personnel and Time Office:

  • Perform various duties like Manpower Planning Recruitment &Selection, Issuance of the offer, appointment, confirmation, acceptance of resignation, experience letters Conducting exit interviews, and getting full & final settlement is done.
  • Manpower planning based on Short and Long term planning
  • Regulate leave schedules, reduce absenteeism and overtime
  • Maintaining various records of employees like Personal files, PF, ESI, Leaves, Overtime, Welfare funds, etc.
  • Accountabilities of Attendance and Payments of all employees through Electronic Time Recorders and ERP or Payroll Software
  • Keep updated on various returns of Factories act, PF and ESI, Bonus, Pollution, etc.
  • Maintaining various Manual Registers as needed by Labor Laws and Factory act.

Industrial Relations:

  • Conversant with Labour Laws such as EPF & MP Act, ESIC Act, Industrial Dispute Act, Payment of wages Act, Gratuity, Factory's Act, Minimum Wages Act, Trade Union Act, etc., in coordination with Management
  • Liaison with government authorities & local bodies for statutory compliance and manage the external environment for the smooth operation of the Plant and Other Units
  • Implement the HR / IR strategy for the plant
  • Establish rapport with staff and workers by prompt action in resolving grievances, disputes, indiscipline in coordination with the Higher Management
  • Routine meetings of Worker committee and grievance solving meeting.

Administration:

  • Facility Management, Canteen Management, and Pest controls
  • Conduct the Fire Evacuation Drills and reduce the accidents in the factory.
  • Implement the SOPs of Housekeeping and EHS(Environment Health & safety).

Other HR Functions:

  • Good Exposure to other HR functions like Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Formulation of HR Policies, HR Manual
