It leverage predictive intelligence to help our clients better understand their guest’s requirements and utilize that understanding to design unique product offerings. Our technology platform delivers on-demand analytics on travel search and guest intelligence. Working with the travel and the hospitality industry domain to provide guest feedback solution, social listening tools, deep guest analytics and competition watch.

Project: ‘1RPA’ AI & ML - IPSOFT Global Services Pvt Ltd

1RPA is an intelligent process automation product which automates various types of software based processes. The process can be based on web app, excel, desktop apps, SAP, ServiceNow etc.

RPA solution consists of a desktop app and a web server. Designed, architected and implemented. Some of them are web-based automation, desktop based automation recorder and player, complete task editor and Bot editor, typeahead auto-suggestion, image-based operations, SAP based automation, ServiceNow ticketing tools based automation and so on.

Contributions:

• Created 3rd party of different connectors via NodeJs with the support of NPM packages & based on features customized and as far as different types of Node Connectors are concerned which helps for web-based automation, desktop based automation recorder and player i.e., Active Directory connector, Database Connectors MySQL, and MS Server etc.
• Created the ServiceNow connector with full-fledged feature implementation end to end.
• Created the Web REST API connector is like Postman UI features.
• Implemented the Excel connectors & Data Table connector with TypeScript.
• Fixes the bugs and added the new features in the RPA Desktop app.
• Gathering the product requirements and delivering the same in a highly time-efficient manner.

Amelia is chat bot filled with power of artificial intelligence. It can understand the context and intent of a conversation and act accordingly. It also have capability to follow a business process and take decisions based on outcome of each task. It is targeted as virtual BPO person. It requires parsing the information, storing the information and retrieving it against queries posed based on various filters.

Contributions:

• Worked on different parts of BPMN (Business Process Modelling Notation) integration and Information Retrieval to make Amelia able to answer the queries posed.
• Fixes the bugs and added the features in the Amelia Admin thick client.
• Gathering the product requirements and delivering the same in a highly time efficient manner.

Project: ‘LG CIM RULE BASED ENGINE FRAMEWORK’ AI & ML

Contributions:

• Working on artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Working on Yellow- based programming for building the new generation rule-based engine for LG Smart TV, Signage and Robot with LG WebOS respectively.
• Built the User Interface as well as Custom nodes for a chat application, weather application, face application, gesture application, voice application, Fact Generator, Rule Manager, Action Manager Action Handler with LG Deep Thinq Artificial Intelligence with LG WebOS, and WebOS OSE with Google Assistant SDK for Voice.
• Made Custom node- Rule Engine, Voice node, generate fact, notification.
• Provided technical guidance and support to junior R&D engineers.

The Internet of Things based Home Automation system, aims to control all the devices of your smart home through internet protocols or cloud based computing

Contributions:

• Integrating of Database "AdminInventory" with IOT application. AdminInventory Database is used for storage and retrieval of new devices, new models, new DeviceTypes and respective properties.It comprises user interface platform and backend design coding.
• Developed the integration platform to handle the data and work-flow interaction of the various-modules and to integrate the IOT platform and the Inventory platform together.
• AdminInventory populates 4 modules namely.AdminUser : Each time a user chooses to sign up, Data is collected at sign up page and gets stored in this collection. This information is used next time user wishes to login. DeviceTypeMaster:This collection is used to store Device types and their properties. Data stored here is useful in controlling the device operation. DeviceData:Contains data and status of all devices.
• Facilitate users to control devices via voice command (Speech Recognition)

Integrated voice module which essentially comprises of an user interface platform which would accept voice input from user and interpret the sound for appropriate action and control the connected devices.

• Implementation of this is extremely useful in terms of user experience since it would give the user hands-free comfort.
• Created Hamburger Icon menu with IN-OUT features When we click on the body.
• Working in browsers as well as the Android version as well as in iOS above 10 version.
• Performance Testing i.e., Load Testing, Stress Testing and Endurance Testing as per the requirement.

IMPRINT is a comprehensive sales force tracking solution, which can be used by managers to constantly monitor their sales executives in real time. It can greatly help in improving productivity & boosting performance at a very low cost. Imprint is amongst the top sales force management solutions in the market, as it is available as a mobile app along with web app. Sales force GPS tracking web app has been developed for the use of managers while the mobile app is for the sales agents. Both applications are interlinked so that the managers as well as agents get timely notifications about any new update.
