• Onboarded around 9 new Lending Partners mainly for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) Business covering both Vendor Finance (VF) and Dealer Finance (DF).

• Onboarding of new business partners mainly in Digital Alliance Domain.
• Scaling Business with existing partners.

• Recommending new credit policies and product to better serve the end user.

Responsible for developing B2B Business under Co-Lending and BC Model. Key Deliverables included;

• Onboarding of New Business Partners.
• Liaison with internal stake holders for product and process development.
• Effective collaboration with external stake holders for integration.
• Overall growth of Business through new channel of financing.

• Credit Risk assessment of cases under SME Business Loans, Machinery Loans and Loan against Properties with ticket size ranging from Rs. 10 Lacs to Rs. 5 Crores.
• Credit Risk assessment of cases for mid market corporate clients with loan ticket size ranging from Rs. 5 Crores to Rs. 50 Crores.
• Managing team of Credit Officers and Credit Managers for Smooth credit underwriting and disbursal process
• Designing of new Product Policy under Co-Origination and part of core team responsible for the launch of this new product
• Regular analysis of Portfolio level risk and suggesting the Senior Management various process improvement areas.
