  • Owned business strategy, product roadmap, and P&L for taking the CIS solution to market and pivoting the firm from a telco to CPaaS provider.
  • Working closely with Sales and Engineering teams, build and execute product GTM strategy for Tata Communications across Middle East and India, driven by demand and funnel.
  • Lead and drive CX transformation engagements with MNO's across region. Work with cross functional teams to develop use cases,collateral and GTM strategies

Achievements:

  • Successfully implemented Local A2P infrastructure deployment in UAE and signing TCV over $50 million with Etisalat and Du.
  • Onboarded 30+ Partners for reselling CPaaS services and direct enterprises in Middle and India like Vectramind, Brio, Price communications, Lulu, Didi, Shobha Realty and Damac to name few.
