• Coordinate to Technician and vendor for ensuring no power issue and Manage Infra Uptime as per SLA guideline (99.99% as per MSA/KPI’s) at all sites. Ensure all external Alarms Generation on Sites.
• Managing the Operation Cost with in Laid down limit & Fault reduction & Management, Site management from technical perspective, Energy management, owner issues clearance, Data management, Site cleans (Hygiene of site) etc.
• Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of SMPS, PIU/PMU, DG,AC, Battery Bank, Transformer and all alarms & Electrical Wirings, Earthing/Grounding, all other passive infra work.
• Identifying high Diesel consumption sites and their remedy action, Rectification/Reduction in EB average bills, Minimizing EB faults, Facilitating in converting non-EB sites to EB sites and Conversion of rural feeder to urban feeder.
• Carrying out the Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance (PM), DG & AC servicing schedules for improving overall reliability and safety of Utility of all infra Equipment’s as per standard process & AMC.
• Review & Analysis the repeat failure cases and take immediate CM and PM actions to avoid repeat failure.
• Responsible for Monitoring Power & Fuel and preparing data for of all sites and share to corporate office in every month.
• Monthly Beat plan compliance and & Maintaining with respective partners.
• Identifying frequent failing sites and corrective action & Replacement of aged/faulty equipment with proper CR/PE.
• Replacement of required infra equipment's & Ensure take Drain Test of Battery Bank in Regularly Basis.
• Regularly Inspection of Filling Log sheet Reconciliation Analyze Time to Time CPH Testing on High Diesel Consumption Sites.
• Ensure EMF Signage Board Compliance & Training and Development of Field Staff Time to Time. OPEX Reduction & CAPEX Maintenance reduction in Services and materials using Preventive Maintenance.
