Attaining a 25% growth in the number of visually challenged users accessing the digital library mobile app within the first six months of launch.

• Right from identifying the requirements to understanding the customer personas we worked with the NGO to gather deep information.
• Mapped the User journeys and touchpoints of various personas.
• Created wireframes based on the user journeys along with the team and got quick feedback from the NGO on the high fidelity wireframes.
• Identified the features for MVP and worked with the NGO to figure out the cost effective cloud based deployment strategy.
• MVP testing in progress for both the apps.

MDM for industries include Government, Banking, Retail, Insurance,Healthcare etc. We had to customize and unify enterprise data based on the requirements from the Client and appropriately code them for their Go-Live production environment.

Description :

DEST is a Tool that helps to automate the setup up the Development Environment. It helps to import the appropriate code, Edit the Files, Setup Database, Configure the Application server, Build the workspace, Export the application, Deploy the Application and Deploy Configuration and Validate the Installation.

Contribution :

Ø Developed/Modified new Ant scripts to support Weblogic.

Ø Configured the Development Environment to Support Weblogic.

Ø Wrote new Batch/Java files to support Ant Tasks Configuration.

Product Feature : Location Domain for InfoSphere Traceability Server Using MDM

Technologies : Java, XML, DB2, Junits

Description :

The Location Domain for ITS is required to serve as the master data repository for location details. The Traceability Server will consume data from the Location domain using inquiries. The domain will provide capability for the user to easily add attributes to the Location entity by supporting specs at the Location entity. The domain also enables holding data on Location Sets and Location Hierarchies. It also provides the flexibility to hold multiple aliases for a location and allows querying using an alias.

Contribution :

Ø Captured the requirements and written the Requirements Document.

Ø Have written the design document related to Validations, Inquiries and Junits.

Ø Have coded all the Validations for Entities in their respective classes.

Ø Have coded both exposed and internal Inquiries along with the SQL for each of them.

Ø Have written all the Junits related to this Line item and tested them thoroughly.

Ø Delivered the Design, Implementation and Testing on time.

Product Feature : Common Entity Name/Instance PK Framework

Description :

Generic Framework for Common Features. This feature is about coming up with new framework which will be used/implemented by Common Features in the product. By implementing this Framework we will have generic approach implemented for all business entities. The Framework includes a building new Classes, External Rules, Validation of Entities for all Common Features.

Contribution :

Ø Developed new Classes whose member functions Support the new framework. This involves implementing an efficient code for all Common Features.

Ø Created/Modified XML/XSD files that enable the Features to utilize the service.

Ø Developed Unit TestCases for testing the functionality of the Common Entity Feature.

Ø Executed Regression Tests.

Ø Fixed bugs raised by QA team.

Product Feature : Constant Entity Names for all Common Features.

Description :

This feature requirement needs to make consistence use of EntityNames across all the common features. Currently some transactions accept lower case Entity Names but some fails when XML request contains lower case entity names. The intent of the feature is to make behavior consistent for these type of transactions. Example PERSON, CONTACT names are used by the Hierarchy and Privacy Preference. Hierarchy services may fail if lower case is used, whereas in most cases privacy preference services may be fine.

Ø Involved in modifying the code to enhance the usability of the feature across the Product

Product Feature : Technical Testing for Cambridge Features

Description :

This task includes Configuring the workspace Setup as on Customers view and testing the Features developed for Cambridge release. The configuration included setting up Databases, using Customer samples, technical configurations on different environments. The features include EndtoEndSpec, Reporting Enablement, Configuration Management, and Serviceability.

Contribution :

Ø Requirement Analysis and Identifying the Test Scenarios.

Ø Validate TestCases and Execute on Different Environments such as WAS6.1/DB2,WAS7/DB2,Weblogic/Oracle.

Ø Writing Test Scripts: Manual and Automation scripts (Shell).

Product Feature : Workbench InsideOut UI Feature

Description :

The InsideOut UI feature aims to provide tools that will facilitate in creating a user interface application for a new set of services deployed on the Alexandria common platform. It builds on function provided by the User Interface Generator and the Extensions Development tools components of the MDM Workbench.

Contribution :

Ø Write the Test Plan, TestCases, and Create User Model to test the Feature.

Ø Formulate, Review and Execute test scripts for GUI Testing and Functional Testing on different Environments such as WAS6.1/DB2, WAS7/DB2.

Ø Analyzing the results and creating defect report in the RQM.

IBM InfoSphere™ MDM Server for PIM provides a single, up-to-date repository of trusted product, location, supplier and other information by building business processes that capture, enrich, and maintain a 360 degree view of data. InfoSphere MDM Server for PIM includes a host of features that help businesses integrate product information management into their enterprise systems, create collaborative business processes, and rapidly realize value from their product master data implementations. Products enriched in InfoSphere MDM Server for PIM can be synchronized over to IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management Server (InfoSphere MDM Server) for consumption by operational applications.
