l Dealing with 800 Refrigerator & Insulated company own fleet, provides the entire logistics solution & manages the Secondry Logistics of Nestle, Cadbury, Britannia, Mother Dairy, Amul, Jk tyre, MRF, Apollo Tyre, etc.

l Total responsibility of Across India Cold Chain Operation 150 refrigerators vehicle.

Operations- domestic logistics & freight forwarding.

Monitoring the booking delivery process, Vehicle placement, Material connectivity & delivery.

BILLING IN ERP, TIMELY INBOUND & OUTBOUND DELIVERY, shipments.

Monitoring outbound operations- domestic logistics & freight forwarding.

Maintaining relations with existing customer and trying to generate more business from them.

Good knowledge of Branch Operations right from the pickup till the forwarding of material and transshipments through hub and the delivery.

Making MIS reports, analyze profitability.

Full knowledge of Branch A/C Like daily cash/bank statement including debit voucher, Money receipt TDV/TCV, Receipt against topay,paid consignments.
