• Led team growth in subservice line between 2019 to 2022, resulting in the fastest rate of expansion and generating $22 million in revenue.
• Co-led Tax Commercial COE setup for Future of Work, generating $1.8 m in projected revenue during low volume season.
• Led the successful setup and management of the new PMO for Business Tax Compliance (EMS), contributing to a remarkable growth of 87,000 hours in comparison to the prior two years.
• Led GDS Global Tax and Reporting Services PMO for 2 consecutive seasons in partnership with the onshore team to successfully execute two major technology projects related to Workflow Management and Quality Control.
• Received 'Best Manager' award for Business Unit/Sub Service Line - EMS Global Compliance & Reporting in 2020-21
