

-I am currently employed as a Senior Manager-Business Analyst at Standard Chartered GBL Pvt. Ltd., India. In 2022, I played a key role in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors RBP from the Peoplesoft HRMS system, and I have since provided ongoing support for post-production RBP change requests and bug fixes. Additionally, I have begun work on the SuccessFactors RCM module. Concurrently, I am serving as an RBP Analyst for an additional project involving S4 Hana and SAP Ariba applications.
-As a Business Analyst, I provide support to the testing team and, when necessary, personally conduct scenario testing within SuccessFactors applications during release cycles. My extensive experience in RBP security enables me to perform RBP-related testing across SuccessFactors, S4 Hana, and SAP Ariba applications.
-I also provide support for configuration and data loads in SuccessFactors as required.
-Worked as a Peoplesoft HRMS Functional Consultant for PS HRMS 8.8 to 9.1 upgrade projects in Sydney for an Australian government client.
-Worked in many Peoplesoft support projects and supported worldwide. Also, played an onshore/offshore lead role for a Peoplesoft support team in India, US, etc.
-Having 17 months of work experience in Australia/USA/Switzerland and rest of all experience in India.
-Has a thorough knowledge of Data setups in SAP SuccessFactor & Peoplesoft ERP.
-Has worked extensively in PS Core HR, Self-Service, Base Benefits, PS Global Payroll and Absence Management, Recruitment (TAM) and having good PS security administration knowledge.
-Also I got trained in NA Payroll, Time & Labor model and ePerformance.
-Has a strong Functional knowledge on e-Benefits, and worked in more than 4 country Migrations to Peoplesoft in Standard Chartered Scope International Company as a ‘Business Analyst’, providing functional assistance to the clients. -Has a thorough understanding of all the table structure for the components like Job, Person, Personal Data, Employment Data, Compensation, Benefits, etc and worked in mass data loads during performance & compensation review and country migration process.
-Nearly 2 year 4 months of work experience in PS Campus Solution modules like Academic Structure, Student Record and Admission, Curriculum Management, etc.
-Also having knowledge on Fusion HCM cloud module and got certified in few Fusion HCM cloud certifications.
