  • Successfully handled the entire P&L block of 100 Cr. INR for the company with an EBITDA Margin of 20%.
  • F&B was an underperforming division. I established new ways to increase business such as introducing dynamic pricing menu along with implementing various cost effective measures such as shift & part time work concept. This resulted in increasing the sale from Rs 30 Cr. INR to Rs 50 Cr. INR.
  • Expansion in tier 1 cities was posing to be a challenge as there was a dearth of new malls being launched. I decided to tap tier 2 cities like Ludhiana & Jalandhar which increased the footprint of BluO in Punjab.

  • The company wanted to lease food court spaces in a mall in Gurgaon where footfall was a challenge. I helped set up this new division which resulted in the turnover of the company increasing by 2 crores per annum, through rental income from leased spaces inside & outside the cinemas.
  • Pioneered tie-ups with national & international brands such as Cafe Coffee Day, Costa Coffee, Baker Street & Baskin Robbins in the cinema industry as F&B partners. With my convincing skills, I managed to persuade them to change to kiosk model in order to position themselves inside the cinemas. This generated a leasing income of Rs 4 Cr. INR per annum for the company across 30 cinemas.

  • I was a part of the new store opening team & responsible for setting up restaurant operations & training of staff.

Despite paucity of resources, I put together various things required in launching a restaurant such as hiring staff & setting in place the supply chain.
