Raj is a AI Business Transformation Consultant, Investment Banker & AGxAI entrepreneur with over a decade of experience founding, investing in, and scaling agri-tech and emerging-technology ventures addressing global challenges in food security, sustainability, and digital trust.

With a strong professional background spanning over 25 years of experience in Investment banking, management consulting and business development, Raj has worked across IT, BFSI, Infra, Renewable Energy and Food & Agri domains. His global outlook is shaped by extensive experience across international finance and business hubs.

A farmer by roots and an investment banker by training, Raj brings a rare blend of ground-level agricultural insight and global financial expertise. He co-founded payAgri, a seed-to-farm-to-market platform connecting smallholder farmers and food processors to global markets, and TerraGreen, a carbon and contract farming enterprise advancing bio-carbon solutions for soil health and sustainable agriculture. At payAgri, he is currently driving the development of an AI-first model for the food and agri ecosystem. Raj actively mentors Multimeta.AI, a Responsible AI company building India’s first native AI platform for deepfake detection and crime intelligence, contributing to AI product ideation and strategy. Earlier, he invested in and mentored InFarmsys (SoilSpectra), a frugal agritech venture enabling small farmers to significantly reduce cultivation costs through technology-led soil intelligence.
