- Work with PMs to mitigate risk for project scope, schedule, budget, and dependencies.
- I provide reports on critical portfolio metrics to the delivery project executives for projects delivery.
- I am also the primary liaison between the PMO and PMs, IT Leads, architects, and other stakeholders to define, plan, and assess the IT projects portfolio.
