Career Objective Summary: Past:- With best of my efforts I was involved for 1.5 year in Icrest Delta that's an I Phone store chain where I was involved for E- commerce Merchandising and support , after that from 16th April'19 was trying to polish my skills and sculpt a career in the field of Customer Support Service with Concentrix for being a resourceful investment for my employer with attributes to qualify as a successful professional. - After working at EXE. Level for approximately 1 year I got promoted to my new post in WFM Reporting as Senior Representative ( RTA level) and currently as an Associate. Future:-Ambitious to build my career in multinational companies,where I can get the opportunity to show my best skills and utilize my knowledge and gain experience.

Corporate Exposure: I have gained my corporate exposure from the CONCENTRIX from 16th April'19 that started with Executive level but fortunately added up skills to my Learning and Development which helped me to grow further for achieving new roles in WFM. I am Organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
