Synthesis of Carbon Dots from Amino Acids, 07/2022, 12/2023, Successfully developed a novel method for the synthesis of carbon dots using amino acids as precursors. Optimized synthesis parameters to produce carbon dots with uniform size, high fluorescence intensity, and excellent photostability. Conducted comprehensive characterization of synthesized carbon dots using techniques such as UV-Vis spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, TEM, and SEM. Production and Purification of Pectinase from Bacterial Species by Aqueous Two Phase System, 01/2024, Present, Successfully optimized the production of pectinase enzyme from bacterial species using aqueous two-phase extraction systems. Developed an efficient protocol for the extraction and purification of pectinase enzyme from bacterial cultures. Demonstrated expertise in the selection and optimization of aqueous two-phase systems for pectinase extraction, achieving high enzyme yields and purity. Implemented various downstream purification techniques, including ammonium sulfate precipitation, dialysis, and gel filtration chromatography, to obtain highly purified pectinase enzyme. Conducted comprehensive studies on the effect of process parameters on pectinase production and purification, leading to significant improvements in enzyme yield and quality.
