• Features: The platform offers robust features such as patient records management, queue management, doctor consultation, and prescription management. It enables comprehensive patient care, real-time reporting, and seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients.
• User Flows: Health workers initiate patient onboarding, record vital signs, process payments (if applicable), and manage patient queues for consultations. Doctors gather patient information, conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
• Integration: REACH integrates payment processing for online and offline transactions, communication channels for appointment reminders, and external services like e-pharmacy and lab tests. This ensures a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and healthcare providers.
