This unit is a ISO 9001.2015 Certified company manufacture of precision machined components for engineering & automotive industries. This unit has 2 fully automatic hard chrome plating plants , Components processing to Endurance Ltd, Gabriel Ltd.

I am heading a entire Surface Treatment plant of Automatic powder Coating, Biggest capacity Exhaust system Liquid painting paint shop also fully automatic shot blasting & fully automated Triplex Nickel Chrome plating line one of the biggest plating line in India having capacity of 2 lakh sq feet/ month. With a dedicated lab for process and product testing.

The plant is processing automotive components for BAL / Royal Enfield/ Lumax Minda /Mahindra & KTM.

The plant is supported with dedicated Shot blasting line, Buffing line, plating jigs manufacturing and Re Chrome line.

The plant is TS 16949, EMS 14001 OHSAS 18001 and TPM certified.

Job Responsibilities :-

• Working as department in charge & responsible for good working of plating plant.
• Manpower controlling.
• Plan&maintain chemical preventive maintenance of process tanks.
• To make day to day rejection analysis and preventive action for rejection control.
• Meeting the production target, plan compliance, quality targets on daily basis and Dispatch related plated items.
• Participate actively in trouble shooting of plating.
• Responsible for smooth implementation of TPM and 5S system.
• Controlling of all parameters related to main process of Plating.
• ig design and improvements.
• Collaborated with senior engineers on complex projects.
• Studied corrections from senior engineers to learn and grow professionally.
