• Participate in calibrations to ensure the consistent scoring and feedback delivery approach
• Sorting and Allocation work to the team before start of the day
• Arranging update and refresher session for the Team on regular basis
• Monitoring the teams performance on daily basis and providing feedbacks to improve the performance
