• ZunRoof is a home-tech startup powered by a mix of image processing, VR, IoT, and data analytics. It addresses energy issues in India by utilizing unutilized rooftops for solar energy, providing sense and control of every appliance in one's house, and selling smart devices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 3+ members in managing F&A operations, including sales reconciliations, vendor payments, GST, receivables/payables, accounting, and customs clearance.
• MIS & Analytics: Preparing financial reports for company MIS, quarterly projections, product margins, cost analysis, budgets, revenue trends, expense provisions, and cash flow.
• Sales Growth: Increased B2B and solar rooftop sales by ~20%, improved imported product margins by ~5% and ~14%.
• Achieved monthly Opex cost savings of ~2-3 lakh INR and reduced payment gateway and bank commission rates by 1-5%. Preparation and filing of GST, TDS, ITR data, and various compliance documents.
• Business Planning: Revenue finalization, cash flow management, project costing, and preparation of FDs and bank guarantees.
• Payroll & Employee Reimbursements: Finalizing payroll with 0% error, filing PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and managing reimbursement reports for 150+ employees.
• GST & TDS: Preparing GST data (GSTR1 & 3B), monthly reconciliation for ITC compliance, saving ~30 L ITC, and filing TDS returns quarterly.
• Inventory Management: Monthly reconciliation and management of inventory.

Roles:

• General accounting and maintenance of books in Tally.
• Assistance in statutory audits and matching opening balances for the fiscal year.
• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR3B).GST registration and preparation of E-Way Bills.
• Filing of annual reports and financial statements (AOC-4, MGT 7, ROC, and other e-forms).Preparation and filing of ITR (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
• Assistance in the preparation of tax audit reports and furnishing forms 3CA and 3CD.Preparation and timely deposit of TDS data.

Roles:

• Handle day-to-day activities and prepare daily cash reports.
• Prepare GST and TDS data.
• Manage policies and handle customer queries.
