• Working Experience of CBS (Banking and Accounts Module, Core banking Solution) LOS Module for kyc, file checking and Disbursement Module. Using CRM to Resolve Customer Complaint.
• Working experience of LENTRA disbursement module for kyc and file checking.
• Working experience of BPM where tagged OTC/PDD and knockoff process after Loan Disbursement. All Agreement related documents uploaded in BPM.
• Working Experience of LMS where Generate SOA, Welcome letter/Loan Agreement, Repayment details and all reports etc.
• Working Experience of CMS where update all collateral details and create CERASAI of that Collateral.
• Ability to handle a wide Variety of tasks and lead an effective team.
